HOW IT WORKS
Step One
CLICK HERE for a short questionnaire so I can better understand your preferences and needs. From there we can schedule a call or in-person meeting to discuss your plans and my fee structure. The fees will vary by the type of service provided, but usually range from $150 - $350.
Step Two
Based on all of the information you have provided, I get to work researching, leveraging my network of partners and experts, and designing a custom itinerary that incorporates the best accommodations, activities, guides, recommendations and more. I typically present a few options and then work with you until it is perfect.
I will leverage my global partnerships to get you VIP treatment, which often includes exclusive amenities such as:
·Daily Breakfast
·Resort Credits
·Upgrade upon arrival, if available
·Early check-in and late check out based on availability
Step Three
Once I have everything just right, I will negotiate, secure and confirm all the plans. I will advise you on deposits, cancellations, visa requirements, immunizations, and provide final documents.
Step Four
As we get closer to your travel dates, I will make sure you are prepared and ready to go with a customized itinerary that summarizes everything, day by day. I will provide a hard copy of all the travel documents, and or an app you can reference on the go. You can rest assured knowing that you will be "VIPs" everywhere you go as I will reach out to my colleagues on property to make sure they know that you are coming! I am also available to make sure everything is going smoothly during your trip.
